In 40 Grampachyats in 120 hamlets 520 SHGs are formed and mobilised women to save Rs.1/- per day since April'1995.

SHG are networked at village level and mandal level.

Leaders are trainined in financial management, Group building, Income generating activities and family welfare activities.

I. Networks
To provide knowledge on dry land agriculture.

To provide inputs in time.

To make the farmers access to govt. agricultural infrastructure and utilise them optimum level.

To inculcate among farmers about Water budget and water management, Crop management, Seed development, Agro forestry, Vermi culture, Medicinal plants, Integrated pest management, Nursaries, farmers clubs, Marketing.
Conducted no.of trainings with the help of CRIDA, ICRISAT, CWS, IPE-BTU.

Every year nearly 150 farmers are covered with inputs.

Farmers are exposed to CRIDA, ICRISAT for exposure visits and sharing of knowledge and experiences.



100 farmers are cultivating vermi compost.

150 farmers are practising IPM, 54 farmers are in Agro forestry, 6 farmers are growing Medicinal plants. One Rytu club is formed.
