REEDS has established a network of grassroot-level organizations working in tribal areas.
We are currently running a capacity building program to enhance their skills in project
management and documentation. We have developed a repository of detailed project
proposals based on the theme of natural resource based livelihood improvement. In most
of these clusters, concrete efforts have been made to build a local community level
organization. Our proposal repository has projects in variety of areas like watershed
development, improved agriculture, family nutrition, forest conservation, NTFP based
income generation, appropriate technologies for rural development and reduction of
drudgery for women.
